Arrows, a tech recruitment firm with over 20 years’ experience across the UK and Europe, was evolving from a legacy recruiter into a trusted talent partner for emerging technologies like AI, data, and cyber. The challenge was to create a brand that reflected this shift, communicating precision, clarity, and forward-thinking expertise to founders, CTOs, and in-house talent teams.

What We Did

We partnered closely with Arrows to create a brand that communicates both technical expertise and human approachability:

Visual Identity

Designed an angular, custom ‘A’ mark with a hidden arrow, paired with bold, condensed typography and a vibrant accent colour palette balanced by cool neutrals.

Brand System

Developed a flexible identity system including motion, iconography, and 45° cutaways that convey agility and forward movement across digital, social, and physical touchpoints.

Messaging & Narrative

Refined positioning around the idea of “Specialists in Precision”, speaking directly to clients’ needs for clarity, speed, and measured growth.

Strategy

Ensured that the brand reflects the company’s evolution from legacy recruiter to strategic tech talent partner, building credibility and confidence in their new market focus.
